BOUQUET OF CANDY FLOWERS

Here we've used the daisy mold and the bee mold to create
a centerpiece. Simply by melting, pouring, chilling, and packaging,
this bouquet can be made. We've used 8 inch and 10 inch
sticks to get a variety of heights, which we wrapped with green
floral tape. The sticks are stuck into a piece of florists foam
and the top of the pot is covered with some shredded
grass type filling. The pot is covered with a piece of florists
paper and a ribbon has been added to complete the look.
The centers of the flowers are painted in the molds, let air dry, then
the main color of the flower is poured over it. Tap gently on the counter
to release any air bubbles, add stick, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes?
When the candy is chilled it will easily release from
the mold. Bring
to room temperature before wrapping. (Also bring the mold back to
room temperature before pouring more warm chocolate into it.)
The Bee is done the same way - paint in the minor colors -white and black
and when they have air-dryed fill the mold with yellow.
Have fun!
